• The form is download in your device.
• Open the document with Microsoft Word or word processor.
• Save the document on your computer.

• Go to official APAAR portal at apaar.education.gov.in.
• Click on “Download” or “Forms”.
• Find “Parental Consent Form” or “APAAR ID Consent Form”.
